After adjusting for potential confounders, marginally significant interaction on an additive scale was observed between low garlic consumption and HBsAg positivity (AP = 0.31, 95% CI: −0.01–0.62), and heavy alcohol drinking (AP = 0.28, 95% CI: 0.00–0.57).
