In keeping with a recently described role for the spliceosome component DDX39B in IL7R splicing 11 , we observed a highly significant correlation between expression of the DDX39B paralogue gene, DDX39A , and sIL7R levels, with increasing expression of DDX39A associated with reduced sIL7R.
