We confirmed a decreasing trend in both decades, with a yearly average decrease of 6.4% (IRR=0.939, 95% CI 0.899–0.980; p=0.004) in the first decade, and of 6.2% (IRR=0.920, 95% CI 0.849–0.997; p=0.043) in the second decade.
