These results stand for a possible trend of increased sensitivity for ALT in MSI and of TEL in MSS s-CRC, which, in turn, can reflect repressive feedback mechanisms between TEL- and ALT-TMM presumably mediated by anti-correlated links detected in network analysis especially in MSI s-CRC.
