An increasing trend of inbreeding coefficient with ancient classes was observed across the breeds, whereas the GF goats showed a rapid increase in the inbreeding coefficient from 0.00 for an estimate based on the first class (R K = 2) to 0.09 with R K ≤ 8, and then increasing marginally up to R K ≤ 64.
