Similar to DA, iPRP concentration also had an increasing trend over the 72-h germination period, where the initial concentration of 7 pmol/10 6 cells nearly tripled to 20 pmol/10 6 cells. 2MeSiP was only detected at the final 72-h time point, when over 75% of the spores had germinated.
