Discussion This study reports a differential pattern of genome-wide DNA methylation in BA10 of AUD subjects, indicating that the majority of the highly significant differentially methylated CpGs (~61% of 1218 CpGs), including the CpG of NR3C1 1H , were hypermethylated in AUD subjects.
