Figure 3 e–g shows the transmission spectra of lacreon-containing contact lenses at pH levels of 6.5, 7.0, and 7.5, as a function of the concentration of the dye in solution. A decreasing trend was observed in the depth of the 500–650 nm band and in the peak at 660 nm upon increasing the concentration of the dye in solution.
