As was found in some studies which demonstrated that SF3B1 mut showed a direct correlation with RS (Malcovati et al., 2011; Papaemmanuil et al., 2011; Damm et al., 2012), this study also found that SF3B1 mut mostly occurred in patients with RS, however, statistically it was a borderline significant difference ( p = 0.050).
