Spray Dried Powders The analysis of correlation, shown in Figure 2 , indicated that there was a highly significant ( p < 0.05) negative correlation between cell survival and particle size distribution values (D 10 , D 50 , D 90 , and span) which suggests that the smaller the particle size of the spray dried powders, the higher the survival of the probiotic cells (up to certain point).
