In a multiple logistic regression analysis of all signs and symptoms that revealed significant predictive value in the univariable analysis, five highly significant predictors for ACS and AMI were found: ST-depressions, ST-elevations, dyspnoea, a feeling of pressure on the chest, and absence of left-sided lateral chest pain.
