Risk factors According to the selected HR model with random effects in both the count and the zero parts (the MHNBR.ERE model), division, place of residence, household wealth, women’s media exposure, women’s and their partner’s education status, women’s decision-making power on their own healthcare issues, and desire for pregnancy have highly significant effects on either zero prenatal care use or the frequency of prenatal care use ( Fig 3 and Table 6 ).
