In ipragliflozin‐treated rats, urinary glucose excretion was positively and significantly correlated with urine volume (Veh: r = .926, p < .001; Ipra: r = .629, p = .029) (Figure 5 d) and there was a positive trend relationship between urinary glucose excretion and serum Na + (Veh: r = −.701, NS; Ipra: r = .453, NS) (Figure 5 e).
