The combination of both measures in this study resulted in a more comprehensive assessment of participants’ skills The pre-post workshop learning gains on both the global rating and the checklist rating scales were highly significant (more than 56% of learning gain) and the results of the study indicate that the micro-teaching workshops were successful in enhancing the feedback skills of the doctoral supervisors significantly.
