TRAP Staining The observation and calculation of the osteoclast numbers with TRAP staining showed that the osteoclast numbers of the PS (45.2 ± 10.8) and G groups (54.4 ± 19.1) had an increasing trend compared with that of the sham group (31.3 ± 13.1), but there was no significant difference in any group ( Figure 7 ).
