An increasing trend of the incidence rate was observed from 0.36 (95% confidence interval (CI): 0.27–0.46) per 100,000 inhabitants in 2006 to 0.75 (95% CI: 0.63–0.89) per 100,000 inhabitants in 2011 ( p < 0.001), followed by a stable incidence rate between 2011 and 2016 ( p = 0.69) ( Figure 2(a) ).
