Microscopic examination of tissues revealed some treatment‐related changes in high‐dose animals (a slightly higher incidence of minimal lymphoid atrophy in the thymus in males, and a slight trend towards less development of some lymphoid compartments in mandibular (males) and mesenteric (females) lymph nodes).
