As shown in Figures 6A,B , BmTPx-Q was expressed in three different time points, although there was no significant difference, but a decreasing trend was observed as time went by in the three different concentrations under Quinine and Dihydroartemisninin compared to the control group (we have subtracted the control group data when analyzing).
