The age-standardised incidence of patients with knee OA remained stable with 4.23‰ in 1996 and 3.75‰ in 2015 (AAPC=−0.5, 95% CI −1.4 to 0.5), but showed a positive trend between 2006 and 2015 from 3.05‰ to 3.75‰, respectively (APC=1.9, 95% CI 0.4 to 3.5) ( figure 3 ).
