In group A-I, the expression of the identified miRNA showed an increasing trend with grain development; there were 17 miRNAs in this group, including two miR156s and three miR167s, of which tae-miR9674b-5p (Table S 4 –1) and tae-miR9622a-3p were the most abundant (Table S 4 –1).
