The APPtg‐Blue module shows a highly significant overlap with the microglia‐specific gene set defined by Zeisel et al ( 2015 ) (LOR: 1.90, P adj = 1.74e‐77; Fig 4 B and Appendix Table S2 ) and to a lesser extent the astrocyte gene set (LOR: 0.54, P adj : 0.014).
