Only 14.6 and 27.3% of the women were completely satisfied with verbal and non-verbal communication of their health care providers, respectively (Table 3 ). As Table 4 shows, there were statistically significant associations between the satisfaction of women with the communication of their midwives and physicians and the women’s level of education ( p = 0.021), parity ( p = 0.002), and having a stillbirth ( p = 0.023), as well as a highly significant association with the place of their last delivery (p = < 0.001).
