Our findings are consistent with data from the National Survey on Physical Growth and Development of Children (NSPGDC) in nine cities in China [ 17 ], which also showed declining trends in child stunting, underweight, and wasting for children under five years, and an increasing trend in the prevalence of overweight from 1985 to 2015.
