When analyzing the contributions of the different countries to the publications over the last 10 years, USA and France show a decreasing trend (since the overall number of publications on the selected diseases is increasing), the UK is stable, and Germany as well as Japan show increasing trends (for all trends P < 0.05 according to the Cochran-Armitage Trend Test).
