Related to cytoskeleton dysregulation, we also observed a highly significant enrichment of gene ontology (GO) terms concerning cell adhesion, by both integrins and cell junctions, and to neurogenesis (axonal guidance and synaptogenesis) and neurotransmission (GABAergic transmission).
