This may be significant in concomitant treatment with selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors and other drugs such as tricyclic antidepressants, serotonin 5-HT 1 receptor agonists (triptans), direct or indirect sympathomimetics (including adrenergic bronchodilators, pseudoephedrine or phenylpropanolamine), vasopressor agents (such as epinephrine or norepinephrine), dopaminergic agents (such as dopamine or dobutamine) as well as pethidine or buspirone.
