While our analyses uncovered that N-Myc mediated regulation of metabolites affects all pathways investigated, classification of N-Myc regulated metabolites confirmed enrichment for metabolites within the categories “energy metabolism” and a highly significant enrichment for metabolites involved in the glutathione pathway.
