The statistical analysis using McNemar’s test indicated that there was extremely significant difference [the odds ratio was 0.171 (CI 0.103 to 0.269) and the two-tailed P value was less than 0.0001] for distribution of rotavirus common P and common G genotypes in the rotavirus positive children.
