A post-hoc analysis of patients with a tumor burden ≤25% and well-preserved liver function (albumin-bilirubin grade 1) in the intention to treat the population showed a nonsignificant trend towards increased OS and PFS in the SIRT group, suggesting a potential niche for SIRT despite the small subgroup sizes [ 85 ].
