Indeed, a comparison of the top 20 highly significant processes found to be influenced in tissues ( Figure 4 D) and cell lines ( Supplementary Figure S6 ) revealed that eight processes (the sumoylation, senecscence, STAT3, IL-8 (Interleukin 8), HIPPO, PTEN and two ephrin receptor-related signaling pathways) were commonly affected, indicating a high correlation of the results.
