After model correction, taking into account differences in potential UVBE, CONUT index, fat mass and fat-free mass, the odds for 25[OH]D deficiency increased and remained highly significant in subgroups with weight loss (Q4 and Q5), but were also elevated on the border of significance in subgroup with weight gain (Q1) (odds = 2.47; 95% CI: 0.94–6.53, p = 0.06, Table 2 ).
