A receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve analysis was performed to distinguish patients with MLL leukemia from those without, and the results showed that LAMP5-AS1 achieved a high AUC value in both the GSE62190 , GSE66917 , and GSE67039 data set ( n = 35 for MLL and n = 384 for MLL- wt) and our sample validation set ( n = 58 for MLL and n = 163 for MLL- wt), with a considerably significant sensitivity and specificity at the cutoff point (Fig. 6 c).
