There was a slight trend that show low-grade phyllodes tumor to be more commonly seen in older patients with a median age of 39.0 years and a mean age of 35.5 years (range 14 to 63 years), compared to patients with fibroadenoma who had a median age of 24.5 years and a mean age of 27.0 years (range 15 to 49 years).
