According to the regression results in Table 5 , the coefficients of the cross terms that represent the implementation effect of policies are positive in production efficiency and service efficiency and are highly significant at a significant level of 5%, which fully shows that "manufacturing development" significantly improves the production efficiency and service efficiency of the logistics industry, that is, "manufacturing development" promotes the high-quality development of the logistics industry.
