Time contrasts showed that no treatment-related difference was found from baseline to 3 months (F[1, 104]=2.7, P =0.10), was marginally significant from baseline to 6 months (F[1, 104]=3.2, P =0.08), and was significant from 3 to 6 months (F[1, 104] = 6.43, P =0.01), suggesting no effect of the treatment initially (baseline to 3 months), but a significant effect of the treatment toward the end of the intervention (3-6 months).
