Within the SSIIa gene (LOC_Os06g12450), three highly significant SNPs were identified with a superior haplotype (GGC) linked with moderate RS (mean of 1.31%) and higher GT content (mean of 77.1 °C), while inferior haplotype (ATT) explains lower RS (mean of 0.85%) and lower GT (mean of 71.28 °C; Figure S2 ).
