We found that these “times-of-week” variables were not significantly associated with willingness-to-pay/accept for any of the four mechanisms, however an aggregate measure of the frequency in which a respondent has encountered vehicle unavailability is highly significant in all four models (with positive impacts on willingness to pay for vehicle delivery and negative impacts on willingness to participate in other three mechanisms).
