The results showed a high significant decrease in the angiogenesis when the cells were treated with both PTX and Sor, in addition, high dose of combined treatment (PTX 4 nM + Sor 1 μM) resulted in the least angiogenic effect in terms of vessel density ( Figure 8 B), total vessels length ( Figure 8 C), and total branching points ( Figure 8 D) and showed highly significant results compared with non-treated control cells.
