Either H2Bub1 loss or Cdk9 inhibition alone was associated with highly significant decreases in Pst2:RNAPII ratio affecting all genes, irrespective of absolute levels of RNAPII occupancy (and, we infer, expression levels), with the htb1-K119R mutation producing the larger diminution (Figure 5E ).
