Our study found that, after LPS stimulation, autophagy levels gradually increased with the prolonged stimulation time in cardiac tissues and CM, but after reaching the peak, autophagy levels showed a decreasing trend, and the corresponding cardiac function also deteriorated significantly in the early stage but then gradually improved.
