The sentences
In the oxygen gain stage, the CO production of the water-immersed coal sample for 60 days decreases first and then increases with the temperature. Because in this stage the coal molecules adsorb oxygen and the oxygen molecules on the surface of the coal sample inhibit the escape of CO generated by the reaction, the CO released is less and presents a decreasing trend temporarily.
