After thinning markers controlling for false discovery rate, and accounting LD among diverse accessions, GWAS revealed 26 highly significant (LOD score of ≥3, P ≤ 0.001) and 33 “suggestive” (LOD score of <3, 0.001 < P < 0.05) associations for resistance to L. maculans , scored as per cent internal canker infection, plant survival and UCI on 17 chromosomes of canola, with the exception of C07 and C08 ( Supplementary Table 5 ).
