Post hoc comparisons also revealed that J+A rats covered less distance in the open quadrants of the EZM compared to control ( p = 0.003), showed a borderline significant reduction compared to juvenile stress exposed (juv stress; p = 0.053), and showed a significant reduction compared to adult stress exposed rats (adult stress; p = 0.014) ( Figure 3 B).
