Patients carrying both ELF3 and TP53 mutations had a worse overall survival that showed a trend towards significance ( p value 0.0547; Fig. 2f ) as opposed to no difference in survival in individuals with mutations in just either one of the genes (Supplementary Fig. 8d ).
