An increasing trend (2012–2018: 12.9–28.26%) was observed for ciprofloxacin-resistant E. coli, which was broadly similar to 3GCs-resistnance in the CA-UTIs cohort (IRR 1.12, 95% CI 1.08–1.17, p < 0.0001).
