Eight out of 32 genes demonstrated highly significant correlation with poor clinical outcomes with the Hazard ratio (HR) > 2 and the p-values ≤ 0.05, including ACYP2, ADAT2, AGAP4, CHCHD1, MKK3, MRPL18, RPP21, and ZNRD1 (Additional file 1 : Table S5; Additional file 2 : Figure S3).
