With the widespread rise of PA imaging technology, new improved reconstruction algorithms, high frequency transducers, better illumination strategies, and multi-wavelength LED arrays, we can expect LED-based PA imaging to become a promising tool and play a highly significant role in both preclinical research and clinical applications.
