Evidence from breast cancer research suggests that the contribution of India in breast cancer research is increasing and an increasing trend in international collaborative studies with top countries during the past decade. 13 The knowledge of breast cancer and high-quality translational research in breast cancer was possible in India because of small-scale high-quality biobanks developed by institutional biobanks.
