Through the analysis at the phylum, class, order, family, and genus levels, we found that the genus Parabacteroides showed an increasing trend from before the intervention to day 7 after the intervention in the control, regular, and double-dosage groups, but there were significant decreases in the regular groups on day 14 compared with the pre-intervention levels (P < 0.01, Fig. 11 ).
