These 33 markers were chosen based on highly significant association results for SNPs that spanned a 220 Kb genomic region of significance on chromosome 28 that included candidate genes of greb1L, rock1, and the intergenic region between them that presumably includes the promoter (Table S1 ; Narum et al., 2018 ).
